We offer affordable electronic counselling via several platforms; each offers certain benefits. Consider the pros and cons of each and then make a selection that works best for you. When exploring your options consider how you'd most like to communicate: phone? live video?  Next, determine whether you have, and would like to use any health insurance coverage. While we do not offer direct-billing, many health insurance carriers do offer coverage for therapy sessions with a licensed Registered Social Worker (RSW). After your session, you can simply submit your receipt directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Phone or Video Sessions: $150.00/hr
